“Not Over” is a song that was a collaboration effort by EDM artist Pineapple Island, featuring Rella. The two worked on the song during quarantine in 2020, writing together over Zoom, and completed the recording at Pineapple Island’s studio in Long Island, New York. They shot the music video the following summer in Long Island City.
